When people mention exercise, you might first think of running, yoga, weight training actually pilates isn’t a bad choice either

Proper pilates practice can burn fat and improve posture, friends with slouching habits can practice a bit more. It’ll improve slouching to a certain extent, strengthen core muscle control, your body’s line will also look better.

Recently I’m always practicing pilates along with my teacher,

after finishing I’ll feel like my body is somewhat straighter…

When first practicing the motions they might not be especially precise, so you need to constantly adjust.

:one: Ladder Barrel Buttock Pilates
