I’m working with a production crew to shoot a TV show lately, and friends have been reminding me to pay attention to my diet and wellness. Seeing as I’m a wellness-obsessed person to begin with, I wanted to share my ways of wellness with everyone~ (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

There’s two main categories—Chinese traditions and Western innovation ✌🏻

Usually I’ll make a cup at work 🍵 This combination falls under traditional Chinese medicine. Chrysanthemum can clean your liver and improve your eyesight. Put together with goji, one cleans one heals. They treat both symptoms and sources, and provide significant protection for your eyes 🕶️

🔗 Moxibustion patches

These were recommended to me by a professional back home. They can relieve spondylosis and arthritis 👏 Have one when you’re exhausted, they’re rejuvenating!

I really like all sorts of ginger teas—black tea with ginger, red date ginger tea ✔️ Not only can they strengthen your circulation and speed up your digestion, they can also get rid of colds and relieve pain. Essential for periods~
